You may return most items purchased from wlozarinblixio.world within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. The item must be in its original condition, unworn, and in the original packaging with all certificates and documentation.
To be eligible for a return, jewelry must be unworn, unaltered, and in pristine condition. Items must include all original packaging, certificates of authenticity, and any accompanying materials. Custom or bespoke pieces are not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
